Works pretty well
This works pretty well. I've picked up a couple of the other cognitive support supplements on Amazon in the past and they did absolutely nothing. I looked through the ingredients, they are clean. I felt a nice calm focus for a bit with this. It's not a miracle or a prescription alternative but it is a nice supplement to add if you are needing some focus and don't have severe ADHD. I will keep some for times I need to get extra work done
