What are you talking about!
I read the reviews and did become a bit leary about the negative comments, but went ahead and purchased them. They arrived safe and sound and in a timely manner. I did as someone suggested - turn them on, set them up and give them a day to absorb the sun-light. Since then my sidewalk has been quite illuminated EVERY night.
