My friend loaned me one of these. It was so amazing, I bought one of my own. It's the coldest ice pack that lasts the longest of anything I've ever used. She had it because she had surgery recently. I used it because I somehow injured half my knee (like just halfway around it). This covered halfway around my knee without having to move the ice pack around constantly. One and done I guess you could say. This is a great size and I thought about getting the smaller but this size really will be much more beneficial for a wide variety of injuries. I hope I wasted my money though and never have to use it!
