I'm very pleased with this box. I bought it for three reasons. I redecorated my beach condo laundryroom and this teal color matches nicely. Also, I really like the large size of the hood and the fact that it is clear. Finally, I wanted a box with no inside corners for litter to get stuck in--actually this was my number one reason for buying this box. I've always removed any door flap on previous litter pans so I don't mind that it doesn't have one. The box is sturdy enough for my two critters, one 17 lbs and one 11. They have fairly neat bathroom habits and I've had no issues. The box arrived with a bag of two replacement latches. It took me a few times to get the hang of using them properly. I don't know why because they simply clip shut. Maybe they had to be sitting just so on the frame to work but they are working fine now. It looks absolutely as great as a teal cat box can look. I am super pleased. I bought a boot tray from target to put under it and it fits perfectly. Update: it’s October 2019 and my teal litter pan is still on the job and doing great.
