I have suffered from re-occurring yeast infections for years. I have found the answer: I empty the powder from a PRObiotic capsule, moisten this PREbiotic suppository and roll it in the powder until coated. I then insert the coated suppository at nighttime and let the magic begin. I'm so thankful that I have finally found something that works! I am writing this review because if it can help one other person suffering like I have, that would be great!
