I paid the same for this tool that I paid for a BlueDriver tool, only to find that one has to pay $9.99 for each vehicle to get all the "extras" that are included for free with the BlueDriver tool. VERY disappointed. Updated review: I want to take a moment and tell consumers how impressed I am with this company, and now, their product. After the negative review I left previously, I was contacted by their customer service department and told that they had read my review and had updated their app to include all extras for free to purchasers of he product. They asked me to give it another try, and even sent me a brand new unit, and asked me to review the MX+ Professional again. I've been a professional auto tech for a minute (37 years), and customer service like this is a rare gem. Kudos to you, guys! This is a solid product. It is easy to use, easy to read, and the graphical representation of emissions monitors is handy when driving a vehicle to get it ready for emissions testing. If the vehicle supports advanced scanning, just download the package to the tool, and you can scan all the modules on the car for dtcs. The MX+ Professional will compete with anyone's pocket scanner and win.
