I gave my Apple Airpod to my wife and in the meantime, I need a earbud that can fill up the gap (doing housework, mowing lawn...etc), I then found this wireless earbud and it did not disappoint. It came with a case which double up as a charger for the earbud, it was made out of plastic and it looks quite a bit bigger than the airpod. At the bottom, there are four LEDs demonstrating the charge status of the case; at the top is a USB type C port to charge. The earbud itself is a bit bigger than the airpod, but it fit snugly in the ear without discomfort. I have a great impression in the sounding category, it has tremendous detail in the highs, rich and robust mids and punchy and vast lows, I did some AB test compared to the airpod, overall the Boltune earbud is just more fun to listen to especially if you're into the pop songs. The seal is very nice with this earbud, I have no problem mowing the lawn with it (I can't with the airpod). Both the earbuds has "Multifunction" button on the sides, I don't really care for them as you have to physically click the buttons versus the airpod you can activate by simply touching it. Ergonomically it's just not that easy to click those buttons. The earbuds has the latest Bluetooth 5.0 technology which in theory has the range of 800ft (4 times of the bluetooth 4.2), I wasn't that harsh during the test, I walked around in my 2800 sq-ft house (one floor) and have yet experience break in the wireless signal. Overall I'm quite impressed with what it offered with only 1/4 of the cost of an Apple Airpod, it offered tremendous value despite some shortcomings include the bulkiness and minor ergonomics issue (ie. multifunction buttons), I'm still quite impressed with what I got versus to what I've paid.
