I mix this with my coffee and my boyfriend loves this with his coffee and smoothies. Not sure yet the long-term benefits but I appreciate the Collagen and added fiber to this supplement. It gives me GOOD energy without the crash I would typically get from a sugar or highly caffeinated drink. The flavor is actually very good (Stevia has a distinct flavor which I don't mind at all). Vanilla tastes like creamer and I do 3/4 to a full scoop with my coffee. Will buy again!!!
