HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I use these to scrap my tongue in the AM as soon as i wake up. This is my first tongue scraper of this style. I was previously using a plastic tongue scraper but have since learned about the plastic being no good & it was the wrong style of scraper. This, this is made of copper, & you can reach it over your whole tongue. Its great, i def recommended these!
