I'm 71 years old with very fine skin, which is starting to sag badly on my hands and arms. I use this and the effect is immediate, my skin tightens right up and looks much better. My skin tears and bruises very easily, when I use this it really helps this situation. I've lost patches of skin as big as my fist from a fall on pavement, wish I had been using this then, because I know it would have helped the skin to not tear up so bad. If I put this on a couple times a week it works well, BTW.
