This works just as it says it does! Maybe a little too well! I use it in conjuction with Crest whitening strips and made the mistake the first time I did it to leave the light on the entire time of the strip(30 minutes)-my teeth HURT for probably a full 2 weeks after, not just sensitivity but actual throbbing pain :(. I would say start with like 10 minutes and then work from there and you'll be fine. I can definitely tell a difference in the whitening abilities of my strips when I use them with this. Totally worth it!
