I have RA and fibromylagia. This product has made a huge difference in my life. I can move without the extreme pain that I am used to. I used to take all of these ingredients separately, it is so much more cost effective to buy them all in one, not to mention the fact that I now take 4 pills a day compared to 20. I have recommended this product to several people and bought it for family members.
