I ordered a medium. I’m a size 10/12 with slightly flabby arms. When I tried it on I thought it was too big because it was sliding a bit. That same day I hit an email from the company asking if I needed another size, I said yes a small. I wore it to my race anyway and it was actually perfect. The problem was I had on body oil the first time I wore it. I didn’t use any oil or lotion on that area for the race and I had zero problems. I have a iPhone 8 not the plus and I had enough room for my phone, key, and head buds. I also had a few dollars in there. I got so many compliments on it. I responded back to the company telling them I didn’t need another one after all. It was so nice to hear from the company, haven’t experienced customer service like that ever and I order a lot online.
