Prompt delivery, as advertised and got an immediate surge of energy
I purchased this supplement in an atempt to give my metabolism a push. I have had no thyroid since surgery for Graves’ in 1982... I was 17 then. I have been slender and had normal energy levels even after my surgery. I’ve taken Synthroid for eons! Years later, and about a decade before the onset of menopause, I started experiencing low-energy, generalized aches and creeping weight gain my doctors can’t explain, nor they know how to adress. I bought this product at my own risk, hoping it will help me to feel like myself again, but more importantly fully accepting responsibility for the consequences, positive or negative, of taking an OTC glandular supplement. What has driven me to try this product is frustration with the medical profession. It’s not commonly known that the current ranges considered normal for TSH, T4 & T3 blood tests are based on ages old clinical trials of a very small group of participants, funded partially or fully by the makers of Synthroid. What is incomprehensible to me as a life-long thyroid patient is that the arbitrary standards are applied to every patient who goes through the traditional medical/pharma rigid treatment. I refuse to concede I’m standard. No one is! I am not feeling well anymore and am having life-changing symptoms, only to be told that my labs are “normal”. Well now that I’ve expressed a bit of my mentality and background, I can say that after two days of trying this supplement I have so much more energy, I feel some anxiety that is a bit unsettling to me. This supplement is potent, but I still have to try it a bit longer to see if my new energy is to become my new normal. I am also a healthcare professional, so I will be monitoring my vitals. This supplement arrived propmtly and it is exactly as advertised. I hope it will help me with energy and healthy weight loss by taking it long-term. I would appreciate feedback on this review and on my reported side effects after starting it. For most people, it is wise to follow closely with a doctor. I’ve lived with the good and the bad of regular doctors long enough, that I’m willing to try this. It is probably not advisable to do this for most people, especially if you’re newly diagnosed. I encourage anyone with symptoms to seek medical attention, but to also to do your homework so you could understand your choices. Only then you can make decisions that are right for you. Traditionally trained medical doctors are beneficial and help, but they don’t know it all either. Thanks for reading my review. It’s not 5 stars because I’ve not tried it long-enough yet to feel it works totally for me.
