Draino, Liquid Plumber, Snakes, and whatever other random baking soda wanna-be-awesome recipes that exist on the internet have all failed. BUT THIS WORKED. I was at my wits end for how to clear this clog. My kitchen sink has been clogged since I moved into this place, and even the building maintenance just kept coming and re-snaking it. All that did was upgrade it from no-drain to slow-drain. Armed with thick kitchen gloves and swim goggles (don't judge) I poured in one cup of this product followed by a pitcher or steaming hot pre-boiling water. I quickly covered the drain hole and jumped back! But alas, nothing happened. Slowly, I peeled my googles off and waited for a noise, or a reaction or a ... something. After several long minutes, I accepted defeat and trudged back to my couch. A mere 15 minutes later I heard this loud ... sucking ... sound. I dashed (or at least crookedly half jogged) to the kitchen to find that the water in my sink was being quite forcefully sucked under my (albeit flimsy and totally old) sink drain cover. Carefully with a wooden spoon I nudged away the drain cover and watched all the leftover water flush away. I turned the hot tap on for about 15 minutes and watched as steaming hot water gushed into my sink and down my pipes as if the sucker was brand new. I REJOICED with the voice of a THOUSAND ANGELS. Well, not really, but that sounded a lot better than 'I had a beer'. Sooooo, yeah, I love this stuff forever. It totally is the best.
