Quality product but you are going to want to disregard the suggested powder to liquid ratios.
Overall this product is great. It is a very high quality fine powder. Shipping and communication from the seller has been spot on. The only thing holding me back from giving it 5 stars is the fact the instructions say to mix 1 Tbsp. with 1 cup of liquid or if you are using an acidic liquid (such as juice) use 1.5 - 2 Tbsp. per cup. I'll be honest I don't have a ton of experience with Agar, but even just reading the instructions on the package it seemed that 1 Tbsp was too much. However I decided to give it a go, maybe it was different from what I had used in the past. My gut feeling was right. It was way too much! 1 teaspoon to 1 cup is more like what you want. If you are not familiar with Agar it may take some playing with to find the consistency you are looking for.
