Since my last review was removed (had 200+ helpful votes) I have to write another one... hmmmmm interesting.. So again I write,, It will take you longer to unpack the chair out of the 2 boxes it comes in then to put it together. The base unit is in one box, slide the sides on and then slide the back on. Make sure the back slides all the way down and clicks in place. Plug in the two cords and you are good to go! Vibration works well, as there are different zones you can choose or have the full body on. Be careful as you can easily be put to sleep, as I can confirm on multiple occasions. My one complaint/gripe is when you are pulling the leg rest back down to the seat it can be a little difficult to lock back in place. Maybe once it has been used more it will loosen up.
