I bought this deep pan with a lid because I wanted to cook a head of chopped up cabbage and wouldn’t fit in my 11” pan. I was a little nervous at first because it didn’t feel as smooth as my other pans of this type were but it did exactly what I was hoping for. I cooked my veggies in it with lid on and then at the end added some cheese which I was a hesitant about because in the past with other pans you end up with hardened cheese on your pan forever. Well not this one!! When the food was plated I immediately rinsed this pan while it was still hot in hot running water and watched everything slide right out of the pan. Then I wiped it with a paper towel and then wiped it dry with a paper towel and put it on the counter to cool. After it cooled input it away. This was so quick to clean I absolutely love this pan. The lid I washed with dish soap and dried with a paper towel but I didn’t use any soap in the pan. I don’t mind cleaning my pans right away because I literally don’t have to scrub, it’s a rinse and flip it to dry and then do the rest after the meal.
