My husband has stage 4 colon cancer and has been receiving chemo treatments for 18 months, causing neuropathy and decreases appetite. Since he started using this product, he has actually gained weight back and his appetite is back to normal most of the time. His neuropathy wouldn't allow him to touch anything colder than room temperature without pain, and black seed has made it so that he no longer has that problem at all. His energy level has been improved as well. We highly recommend this product, it is indeed an amazing herb
