Identical machines
Hate to break the news to some of you people who thought buying the BG10 was a better deal than the 86T3. They are the same machine with a few slight differences. The 86 comes with a 5 year warranty, a black power chord, and an accessory kit. The BG10 comes with a one year warranty, a yellow detachable power chord , and no accessory kit ( must be purchased separately for an additional 55 dollars). Other than that the machines are identical. They both have 2 motors and all components are exactly the same. Look up the schematic for both machines if you don't want to take my word for it. Both machines sell for 400 on Amazon, and both machines are great because they are the same machine! Just be prepared to spend an additional 55 dollars to buy accessories for BG10. So why would anyone in their right mind buy a BG10 instead of an 86T3 , unless they just want to throw away money? I have seen several reviews on this thread where people say that they bought the "Commercial " BG10 over the "Professional" 86T3 because the BG10 has 2 motors whereas the 86 has only one motor. And that is an out and out lie. Not sure of their motivation unless they just have no idea what they are talking about. Please do your own research. Update...I've had this machine for a year and the flow indicator started leaking. Rather than hauling this machine to a service center and waiting a month, then hauling it back, here's what you do. You can buy a new flow indicator on Amazon for 20 bucks, will be delivered in three days. Remove eight screws to take cover off, remove old flow indicator, one screw, unattached 2 hoses, and replace with new one. The whole process took around fifteen minutes. Please don't take to a service center and pay an arm and leg, then wait for service. Anyone can change the flow indicator!
