As an elementary school teacher, I am not used to sitting all day at my computer, and my feet have been paying the price! I've been using random boxes and pillows, but they, of course, just slip and slide and don't work for very long. This footrest is so comfortable I have been able to kick off my shoes and just let my feet enjoy the soft cover and the supportive cushiness of the memory foam. I haven't tried the rocking motion yet, but I like that there is that potential. Reasons I purchased this over some of the other desk foot rests available: Price - reasonable one piece - nothing to break washable cover multiple positions - rocking, feet on top, feet on long side, etc. Overall - two happy feet up!
