Our 9 year old built the whole thing by himself
We got this for our 9 year old son for Christmas. I thought that he could work on it with his dad since its for ages 14 and up. He opened it up and started working on it around 11a and was done(with a few breaks) by 4pm. He really surprised us, there is a lot of parts but the instructions were easy enough to follow. He doesn't read very well so he used the picture diagrams. His only complaint was that he wished it ran faster.
