Bought a medium for my 5lb Yorkie (thanks to reading reviews that said it ran small.) it fits him perfectly and its SOOO cute! I love how it looks like a 2 piece even though it's a onesie. He wore it out yesterday and it was business as usual. He had no problems lifting or squatting at all and even fell asleep in it, which is rare cuz he usually harasses me to remove his clothing when we get back inside. There was also no mess on the garment. I love it, and contrary to his expression in this photo, he loves it too lol. It's actually really well made, and the material is warmer, thicker and a much better quality than I expected. 5 stars!
