These clickers are perfect. 1. Just loud enough, but not *too* loud, in my opinion. 2. Wristband is super convenient. 3. Having 4 of these (and in different colors!) makes it so you pretty much always have one within reach, which is so important for clicker training! 4. Great price! No complaints. [FUN FACT: There have been MRI studies that suggest that when a dog hears a reward-marker word like "yes!" or "good girl!" it is processed through the pre-frontal, reasoning part of the brain. However when they hear the clicker, it goes straight into the amygdala – which is more primitive and deals with emotions. This elicits a much quicker and more direct response from the dog, because they don't have to "think" about it. They just feel the "ooh! reward!" sensation immediately. That could all be mumbo-jumbo...but I like the thought behind it.] Regardless, clickers just work.
