My wife loves this. Since her personal massager (that'd be me) got carpal tunnel, she needed something to help get to hard to reach places. She uses it regularly and likes how easy it is to get to hard to reach places on her back and shoulders. I tried it and it is easy to use and can reach places you normally wouldn't be able to. I'd recommend this to anyone. The only warning I would issue is to be careful of overuse. My wife realized that she could create sore spots in her back muscles if she's applying too much pressure.
