I Bought 3 items to improve the quality of my life; For the rest of my life I will own one of these. It is excellent for chronic pain, muscle spasms, and circulation. It gives a wonderful variety of massage, speeds of massage, intensity of that massage, and heat that can be on or off. I have lupus (which has attacked my muscles and nerves) and fibromyalgia; this has relieved much of my pain for extended periods of time. I have let other use it; with variety of illnesses and circulation problems. They have all said they weren't leaving or were in love. My christmas shopping list this year will have several of these on it for my family and friends. In the past, being in the car for extendeed periods of time has been hard; driving has been especailly difficult. Now, I can't wait to try it on my next trip!
