My husband, age 37, is a utility worker and he is on his feet and up and down all day 8-12 hours a day 5-7 days a week. His knees were giving him hell. He was almost in tears every day 24/7. He would moan even getting out of bed. I did quite a bit of research after a coworker suggested taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin before deciding to go with this particular brand and blend of ingredients. It helps tremendously! He's been taking 3 pills sometime after dinner for almost a month now. I haven't heard him complain in a while. He says sometimes it's still rough to get up and down, but overall they are helping A LOT!! I think the price is really fair for the ingredients and the mgs compared to others. We ordered 2 bottles to start as a trial period. We will be switching to autoshipments. It's worth trying and seeing how this product works for you.
