Easy to use. Makes a nice coffee but it uses a ton of grounds! The glass carafe feels a little thin and the lid does not seal. It’s hand wash only so it’s pretty difficult to get all the coffee grounds out of the canister. Update: I misplaced the cork top and wrote to the company. Instead of charging me they sent a whole new carafe free! Wonderful customer service!!
