IMHO, this is the real deal. For years, I had 2-3 sinus infections per year, and they were treatable only with antibiotics. I had never been able to prevent or cure a sinus infection. Until Alkalol. I've been using it for about 3 years now, and I haven't had a sinus infection since. Twice, I've licked an upcoming infection by using Alkalol. For me, the trick is getting drainage. When I get a cold or allergy, I get plugged up almost immediately (despite medication), and then the infection starts. Alkalol restores my drainage. I don't use it quite as directed. Pardon the gory details, but I hope they're helpful. I make a saltwater solution to which I add a generous amoutn of Alkalol. Then I put my head down and squirt it in my nose with a baby nasal aspirator, one side at a time. Keeping head down, I hold it in my nose to the count of 20 or so. My aim is to soak and dissolve the gunk that is blocking my sinuses. After counting to 20, I snort the stuff out. Repeat until all is clear. I wish I could rate this 10 stars. I've tried a LOT of things, and this truly works.
