Product of China, Processed in USA. Not organic. Why buy it if this is not what you wanted. The reviews kill me. If you're belly aching that this garlic is from China, then read the description and take a look at the product pictures. It is so clearly shown it is laughable. Second, "what are the ingredients"? Garlic. It is granulated garlic. Single ingredient item here, folks. Guess what, unless garlic is specifically stated where it is from, you bet it is from China. We go through a lot of garlic, so 24 ounces is a good size to keep on hand. Will likely do a subscribe and save order. We have tried many different Happy Belly seasonings, and figured the garlic should be just as tasty and fresh as we have come to expect from Amazon Brand, Happy Belly. This big tub of garlic meets our expectations. This granulated garlic has a robust flavor. It is a very small granule. I wouldnt have noticed it being more granular than a powder, but it does have a little bit more texture when I spoon some out in comparison. It is all good. It blends right in/dissolves when mixed with other ingredients, or stays lightly granular when sprinkled on top of something. Excellent in everything. MMmm love garlic.
