This has been a helpful addition to my work life. I work in cafes or at my kitchen table usually, so it’s not easy to have a very ergonomic work setup because I can’t leave things in place long term, but I do a ton of work in spreadsheets or doing data entry type stuff comparing a PDF to a website, and it’s fine but kind of annoying switching back and forth between windows, so getting a PORTABLE monitor that I can hook up to my laptop has been great! It’s a nice size, relatively light, VERY easy to set up. It’s good I already have a “dongle”(hideous word) for attaching stuff to my laptop, otherwise I’d have had to buy one, because this adds two more cords, but it’s no biggie. I’d say my few criticisms are as follows: -There’s a noticeable hitch when switching from one screen to the other, a moment of pausing, and it’s not major, but I wish it was a bit more seamless. It’s not wildly smooth. -If there’s a way to increase the size on there I haven’t found it, and it’s a bit frustrating having all this extra screen space but it’s all a bit smaller than my normal screen, font is smaller, and even expanding it only helps so much, so that’s a little frustrating. I got it to help give my eyes a break but I either need to have it super close to my face or squint, maybe zoom in with whatever program a lot. It’s fine and not really a problem, but I wish it wasn’t the case.
