I like almost everything about this ramp, except for the fact that it is NOT carpeted as outlined in the listing of all the benefits to the ramp and as pictured. It’s a plastic mat. The carpet was a huge reason as to why I chose this ramp, so for it not to be there was a big disappointment. My dog doesn’t like the traction or feel of the mat, so I’m going to have to figure something out to replace it. The size is great, the height is perfect and it’s sturdy. I just wish I had know about the carpet. I’ve included a photo comparison for what was pictured versus what you will receive. Edited: I contacted customer service and they were able to locate me an older model with the carpet and shipped it out to me immediately. ❤️
