Easy to put together, took about 20 minutes. The bag is fairly small, I ended up having to empty it often, but leaves are bulky anyhow and I don't believe a modest increase in bag size would really make a difference. I have included a few shots of the lawn when it was half done, you can see how it performs. All my work was when the leaves were mostly dry so I cant speak to the performance when they are moist or wet. My front yard has medium to small leaves and the first pass picked up 90% of them, and the second pass picked up all but a few stragglers. All in all it was effective picking up 99% of the leaves. I will have to use the blower/vac on the edges and trim (This wont really get your edges or borders) but I am very happy with the purchase. I did notice that because the sweeper basically scoops and tosses the leaves backwards into the bag, you will not want to use it on a breezy day, or the leaves will literally fly right over or to the side of the bag and back out onto the lawn - But this is more of a common sense thing than a design thing. PROS : Easy to put together Height Adjustment lets you get many different kinds of leaves Good pick up of leaves, even the smaller ones. CONS : Small bag will have to empty often. Doesn't do well in wind, leaves will get tossed back out on the lawn instead of into the bag if windy.
