Perfect for my 120lb German Shepherd. His joints get sore after running all day and jumping up in the back seat of my truck is a little rough on him at times. The grip feels like sand paper but I'm sure it will be effective even when wet. The rubber feet make it very stable even with sick a heavy dog going up and down. It is also very stable using lengths in between the max and minimum length. It's nice not having a fixed length because of the different areas it will be used to get him in and out. My dog goes to work with me every day so he's in and out of the truck a bunch and this ramp is perfect for daily use as it is quick and easy to set up. The gram is very sturdy so I don't worry throwing it in the bed of the truck. I didn't see that many reviews of people using it for the back seat of a truck or something higher than a car so I hope the picture helps. The truck is a 2010 f150 crew cab and it works perfectly with my truck.
