Pretty good
I have been taking this for a while. I thought it wasn't doing much so when it ran out I waited a few weeks before reordering. During that time I looked so much more tired and noticed my wrinkles more. Is it going to reverse damage and aging, no. But perhaps it delays it a bit, which is good enough for me.
