We bought this system back in 2013, after a Kenmore system we had for only a few years became too expensive to use anymore. We paid way more for the Kenmore system, so I thought this one was too good to be true. But, we tried it out. It has been AMAZING! Our drinking water is so much better (our city is notorious for its nasty water), and the filters are very reasonably priced. Not only that, but the prices haven't noticeably changed over the last 6 years, a shocking contrast to Kenmore. Despite our terrible water, we can use the filters longer than 6 months if needed without sacrificing quality. And, to make this system a 10 star system... We JUST had our first problem this month; a tank that needed recharging (easy peasy) and a broken part. I wasn't able to find a replacement part online, mainly because I wasn't sure exactly what it was called (turns out it's called the automatic shut off valve, for which they do sell replacements). I contacted the company with pictures and a plea for help, and I received a quick (less than 1 business day) response not only telling me that they do sell one, but offering to ship one to me for free! (Oh, and the customer service rep is someone who clearly speaks English, with excellent spelling and grammar -- so refreshing!) This company is amazing, and I am so glad we took the chance 6 years ago and bought this system. I will keep buying replacement parts or even purchasing this exact system again, if needed. We couldn't be happier!
