Sizing was confusing for someone who's never played any soccer, hoping to provide some guidance for a non-soccer parent like me: XX-Small (6") <- 6" is the measurement from top to bottom of the longest part of the foam. X-Small (7") Small (7 3/4") <- the website didn't have the space between 7 and 3 and I couldn't figure out at the time of order what the numbers mean Medium (8 1/2") Large (9") The shin guards look great and feel great, unfortunately, we need to exchange for a much smaller one. My boy is 3'6" tall. I will update when he tries on the xx-small. The small was way too tall, kept hitting his knees.
