I am giving this product four stars because it is well built, well designed, and well packaged. However... DO NOT RELY UPON THE POSITIVE COMMENTS ON THIS PRODUCT that say how easy it was to use. They are lies. They are most likely fiverr planted positive comments from people who never even saw the thing before. Don't get me wrong. The product is a good product. And the instructions are very honest. It is not easy to use. It takes practice. If you press too hard it will not work. If you press too softly it will not work. It takes some time and a lot of broken bottles before you start having any success. It is not the fault of the equipment, but just the nature of the task. Cutting glass is tricky. So if you get this product ignore the glowing product reviews and instead read the instructions, and have lots of bottles to practice on.
