The protein powered taste is delicious. I make mine in the morning with a banana and almond milk. I’m not big on eating breakfast but then when lunch time comes I’m stuffing my face with everything I shouldn’t. This protein powder helps me not be so hungry come lunch time and I make better choices in what I eat. The container is bigger than I thought and it has a very strong protective seal. I’m excited to continue taking this in the morning and seeing how well it helps with my digestive system and with my hair and nails.
