I love this pillow! I got it because I was having some neck pain while sleeping, and since using it, I feel my pain has gotten a lot better. I'm a rotating sleeper -- I sleep on my back, on my side, on my stomach-- and it definitely works best while I am on my back and side! This pillow also works great for lumbar support. My husband had gotten a lumbar pillow for his chair, but he tried this pillow and it apparently worked a lot better then what he had been using and ended up getting one for himself :D! So far it seems pretty durable -- I haven't had to wash it yet, but I'll update the review if I see any issues with it!
