Prismacolor - could put some labels on these things, or on the box, or somewhere?
I hope my photo helps you out. I labeled the colors because the dots on the box are nearly useless. The sticks arent labeled in any way which means its impossible for anyone to figure out which color is which unless they already own a bunch of prismacolor pencils. How are beginners supposed to figure out process red, poppy red, carmine red - when NONE OF THEM ARE RED! I don't know why Prismacolor makes it so difficult to figure out which color needs replacing or which color matches a premier pencil or verithin pencil. So, here it is.
I started with prismacolor pencils (which is how I learned their color system), then decided to get art stix for larger areas. These are easy to use and the colors are vibrant. They don't get all over your hands.
The prismacolor pencils have colorless blender pencils available. These do too - in stick form. As far as I can tell, they're all made of the same thing, they're just different shapes. There arent any blenders in the box - you have to buy them separately.
