I just upgraded to this from a cheap (if you call $80 cheap) B&D model. I watched a lot of video reviews on this and they were right on the mark. This unit is top notch. It does everything it's designed to do beautifully. It's so quiet, you can use it while the whole house is asleep without waking a soul. You can whip up dough for two pizzas or a double crust pie without even the tiniest whiff of flour escaping.
