For $8 and about 1.5 hours of sewing, you can't beat it.
When I first saw this product I was skeptical and literally laughed aloud that you have to sew it on yourself. Then I watched a couple YouTube videos and also saw there are "name brand" DIY covers like this that go for over $60. Perhaps this isn't such a ridiculous idea.
So I plunked down my $8, waited a week for the shipping from China, and after 1.5 hours of sewing labor that really any person with reasonable hand dexterity and patience can do, I am very happy with the results. It looks great and has a smooth feel that greatly improves upon the "rubberized plastic" of the stock steering wheel in my 2011 Subaru Forester. I shaved off a star on my rating since the cover does not completely fit around the flared sections of my steering wheel, but it is barely noticeable and does not bother me while driving. I included a picture of that as well as a couple others of the final product to give you a better idea of how it looks.
If you want a perfect fit, pay your $60+ and go with a custom-fitted cover. Otherwise you can't beat the quality and appearance of this cover for under $10.
UPDATE 4/2017: I just wanted to add that going on 2 years later, the cover still looks and feels great.
