We got our JNH sauna about a month ago and enjoy it every day. There are few reasons I did not give 5 star rating: 1. I wish the quality of woodwork was better especially for heaters assemblies. 2. Assembly instructions are very poor - one page with tiny photos of sauna assembly steps. 3. Just after a couple of weeks of use two out of 7 carbon heaters failed. JNH support was excellent and immediately sent us replacement units. Other than that sauna works great, heats up quickly and delivers even heat. I would recommend this sauna to anyone who likes sauna experience. Update - June 2014: Customer support at JNH is top notch. We had a small a request and it was dealt with immediately through e-mail.
