Great fryer
We had the Hamilton Beach 8-cup fryer for two years before it finally died (it got quite a lot of use) and we replaced it with this 12-cup fryer. This is a great fryer. It heats up quickly, cooks evenly, doesn't take up much storage space due to its shape, and is easy to clean.
