I am 5' 6", 200 pounds and hate spandex/snug. These fit beautifully, comfortably, as advertised. I was concerned about the pocket on the side/hip which I use for my phone, as I don't need any added width there. However, these are so flexible, plus I always wear a longer shirt, the phone is not visible, not snug or binding. I will definitely wear these for work as well; they are very easy to dress up I also bought the capri version of these that don't have a side pocket, and love them just as much!
