I shopped around all over looking at price and brand reputation and this is the best price I could find for a reputable product. The cap is a flip top that allows you to squeeze the oil out if you like. You can still unscrew the top if you prefer to pour it out. Nutiva's Hemp Protein is another great product that I recommend and, like this oil, the price is hard to beat. [...] Thank you.
