DO NOT recommend for anyone who struggles with acne! I have always had mild acne off and on but after taking this for a week I had the worst acne I have ever had before. After doing some research I learned that Sucralose - an ingredient in this product and a lot of other pre workouts is thought to cause acne. I’m currently waiting on the C4 Extreme Zero to arrive and hopefully it won’t have this effect since it is all naturally flavored and doesn’t have Sucralose. I’m not putting down this pre workout because the energy boost from this is great and allows for a great workout. I’m just giving anyone who deals with acne a heads up.
