Taste is very individual - this is by far, one of my favorite sweetener. The taste is very clean and does not give me any of that cooling effect that I get with other type of sweetener. I also did not experience any tummy problem with this either. Everybody reacts to sweetener of various type differently. But for me, Bochasweet is definitely a sweetener that I will continue to use in my baking. I am hoping as this gets more popular and they can sell more then the price will drop, because it is quite expensive compared to other sweetener.
