This thing is better than most $50-100 rice cookers, so I am dumbfounded why it only costs $20. It is not a top of the line model, if you are looking for professional quality you are in the wrong place. But for a general purpose rice cooker for personal use this thing is perfect. Perfect rice every time. My only gripe with this product is the company intentionally misleads you on the quantity of rice it can cook. It tells you it is a 3 cup/6 cup rice cooker, but it is lying. It comes with it's own measuring cup that is really 2/3rds of a cup. This thing actually only makes 2 cups uncooked / 4 cups cooked rice. This is plenty for most people though. If you want a bigger one this isn't it.
